Epic Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Our Everything But the Bagel Seasoning has everything you love, but the bagel. Toasted sesame seeds, slow-smoked garlic and sea salt, minced onion, black sesame and poppy seeds. Sprinkle a little (or a lot) on top of homemade bread and bagels, grind it on top of a salad to add an epic boost of flavour, or add it to a stir fry.
Each of our epic seasoning mixes starts with slowly smoking garlic and sea salt for 12 hours. We then blend in herbs and spices to create our amazing seasoning. Each small-batch mixture comes in a grinder for optimal flavour distribution. Whether you add a little or a lot, your meal will be packed with bold, epic flavour.
