• We offer standard shipping--allow 3-9 business days for your order to arrive
• There will be free standard shipping on orders $100 and up
• We fulfill shipments with Canada Post and offer Expedited Parcel, Priority, Xpresspost

UNITED STATES

• We offer standard international shipping--allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive
• There will be free standard international shipping on orders $100 and up
• We fulfill shipments with Canada Post and offer Expedited Parcel USA, Small Packet USA Air, Tracked Packet USA, Xpresspost USA

LOCAL DELIVERY

• We offer free local delivery within a 30km radius from our location (Kanata, Ontario)
• Orders must be a minimum total of $25 to be eligible for free delivery
• We will fulfill orders via contactless porch drop-off within the next 3 business days of order placement
  

 

PICKUP

• We offer pickup which is usually ready in 2-4 days (in Kanata, Ontario)
• You must present a confirmation email from your purchase to collect your order. All orders are done via contactless porch pickup
